Aysel YILDIZ

Aysel YILDIZ is Naphtho Technical Group Legal Counselor and acts as a multi-jurisdictional legal professional with more than 20 years in-house experience in Oil and Gas upstream, midstream and downstream sectors.  Aysel has vast experience on governance practices and effective regulatory transactions. She has moreover deep knowledge on partnership agreements including high governmental level contracts.

Aysel has an educational background and commercial expertise in both Common Law and Civil Law systems, her portfolio covers a diverse international legal expertise, embedding transnational corporate, M&A, vendor-based and commercial contracts, litigation, internal and external due diligence, taxation (CIS) and (MEA), and legal advice on multi-country transactions within the applicable jurisdiction.

Aysel has vast experience on negotiation, corporate law, risk management, operational insurance, commercial contracts and tenders, PSA contracts, regulatory compliance and governance, international labor law.

Aysel holds a Master Degree from The Research Institute of Banking and Commercial Law from Ankara University, Ankara Turkey. She holds International Commercial Law Bachelor Degree from the Dokuz Eylul University, Izmir, Turkey. Aysel also graduated and holds Bachelor Degree from Anadolu University, Department of History for her personal interest.
