Baris ATAELI is Naphtho Technical Group Risk & Compliance Director. Professional experience initiated in 2009 in Oil & Gas sector as welding engineer and having 5 years of experience in technical position for a leading certification body; dealing with local & international standards & accreditations, establishing internal rules and control of conformity of operations.

Baris is responsible for technical quality risk & HSSE, develop and implement continuous improvement actions to achieve operational excellence in all processes, whereas the veriables of quality and HSSE, directly contributing to the sustainability of business and the success of our customers, with a broad and deep experience in successfully managing, supervise and advise complex organizations, delicate areas and situations.

Baris is a full member of REI and UCTEA, and holds BSc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from ESOGU, International Welding Engineering from METU and accredited master award in Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency from REI based in UK, the first Renewable Energy Institute in the Western Hemisphere.
