Mustafa YUKSEL

Mustafa YUKSEL is Chief Financial Officer of Naphtho Technical Group and acts as a Financial Advisor to multi-disciplinary teams performing a wide range of E&P technical, commercial and strategic projects providing advice to oil companies, investors and government agencies.

Mustafa has more than 25 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, Taxation, and Auditing, in Oil & Gas and Engineering & Construction companies, and took part in large energy and infrastructure projects involving Africa, CIS, Central Asian and Middle Eastern Countries.

He also has experience in conflict resolution under ICSID. Mustafa holds MBA degree in Finance from University of Scranton, US. and BSc. degree in Management from Ankara University Faculty of Political Science, Ankara, Turkey.
