Özlen SERDAROĞLU

Project Management Director

Özlen Serdaroğlu is a Petroleum Engineer, Project Management Professional, and upstream energy consultant with 30 years of experience in reservoir engineering, production optimization, and the management of oil and gas projects. Her work focuses on the application of subsurface engineering principles and PMI-based project management methodologies to support planning, execution, and governance of upstream energy developments. She is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Her professional experience covers the full lifecycle of upstream projects, including uncertainty assessment, field development planning, execution governance, and operational optimization across onshore and offshore assets. Her scope of work includes coordination of multidisciplinary teams, integration of technical and financial considerations, and management of project risks and stakeholder interfaces.

In addition to her consulting and project management activities, she serves as a Lecturer at Middle East Technical University, contributing to petroleum engineering education through courses and industry-oriented academic activities. She holds an MBA from Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University and MSc and BSc degrees in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from Middle East Technical University.
